Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove (pre-minced shit is easier)
12 Ounces of Fresh Spinach or 10 ounces of Frozen Spinach
14 Ounces of Artichoke Hearts ( They sell cans of pre cut/quartered hearts)
8 Ounces of Cream Cheese
4 Ounces Fresh Motz
4 Ounces of Sour Cream
1/4th Cup Parmesan Cheese (most of the pre grated shit has filler or anti caking agents in them, id avoid them and grate the cheese ur self)
Procedure:
Olive oil in a pot, heat to medium and add some garlic. Finely chop the spinach and start to add handfuls at a time. You are going to want to get rid of a lot of the moisture from the spinach, reduce that shit. Chop the artichoke hearts and start to add them. Then when it feels right start to add the dairy, dont feel the need to use all of the cream cheese, and if u think more cheese cheese shouls be added by all means. The exact ratios are up to you. Mix everything together. When you add salt keep in mind the salt already on the chips you presumably bought and are going to use. Although some lightly toasted bread (not that sandwich shit) would prolly be pretty damn good to as a conduit for the dip.
Ingredients:
1 egg
4 Tablespoons of sugar
2 Tablespoons of oil (prolly vegetable idk im not a scientist)
2 Tablespoons of Flour
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa powder
1 Coffee Mug (dont eat this)
Optionally- Chocolate Chips, Powdered sugar, Syrups, etc...
Procedure:
Its real simple, mix everything in the mug and microwave it for like +/- 100 seconds. Make sure its mixed enough that it looks like batter and the dry is thoroughly mixed with the wet.
Ingredients:
cocoa power
ice cream
Optionally- honey, chocolate syrups, maple syrups, Oreos....
Procedure:
This isn't really a recipe. But just understand that if like me, you are dissatisfied with the chocolate-y-ness of most icecreams, adding cocoa powder totally works to enhance it. If properly incorporated into the ice cream, it dosent leave a bitter taste or dry powdery spots. It just makes it BETTER. Just keep in mind that you can always add more so start off slow. Ill try and formulate a ratio of cocoa to ice cream at some point but i imagine it depends on several factors such as air content, pre-chocolate content, brand, etc.
